Class: Prenatal Yoga

Prenatal yoga is an essential tool to help prepare you for the physical and emotional changes in pregnancy, birth and new motherhood. In this class you will be guided through asanas that increase the strength, endurance and flexibility of your body, as well as promote optimal baby position for birth. You will learn breath awareness to quiet your mind and tap into to your own mama wisdom. This class will help you gain trust in your self, your body, your baby and the normal birth process. All levels are welcome.
