After discovering yoga and it’s healing powers, 7 years ago, Michelle has always been curious to know more. Yoga became the answer she needed after trying many different failed methods for healing bad knees, and when yoga worked she never looked back! After becoming a mother of 3 Michelle decided to become a yoga teacher and in the Winter of 2018 took the 200hr Yoga Teacher Training at Ashland Yoga Center. She has a passion for women and the ups and downs their body goes through before, during, and after pregnancy physically and mentally. Michelle has a thirst to know more about what yoga can do for her body and mind as well as learning how she can use it to help the healing of others.
