Posture,Pelvis, and Walking with Natalie

This workshop works with the Walking and postural patterns and helps us find ease when standing and walking.
Use of deep core muscles and short lecture and explanation about core and pelvis.
This workshop is great with anyone with scoliosis, compensation, back pain, osteoporosis and pelvic misalignments as well as everyone who wants to improve posture, prevent kyphosis and defy gravity by working the most important muscle groups.

Whether you practice any type of yoga, run, hike, walk or just spend time sitting. This workshop will give you lots of information, awareness to include in any movement practice you do.

No Yoga experience necessary. Wear Comfortable clothing.
