Class: Powerful Basics

This class focuses on the basic yoga postures, fundamental breathing techniques, postural alignment, strength, balance and stability.

Classes are open to students of all levels with all body types and all abilities and offer accessible alignment principles and biomechanics from which students can arrive at a deeper understanding of anatomy, posture and intelligent integration of the body.

This class can be a great way for advanced students to improve their practice.
