Class Fees

If you are uncertain which class would be best for you, please talk to the class instructor. You can call (541) 552-1528 and leave a message or send E-Mail to any of the instructors
(see Instructors page)

Hyphenated classes (for example "1-2") are suitable for mixed levels of experience.

Inform your instructor if you are pregnant or have injuries or conditions that could affect your practice.

If you are going to be visiting the Yoga Center for the first time as a student PLEASE arrive 10 minutes early to your first class so that the instructor can meet you and know of any special concerns.

Levels:

1 Beginners and continuing beginners, focus on fundamentals
1-2/All Levels Continuing students,
classes accommodating mixed levels
2/2-3 Intermediate More challenging poses and pace

Anusara Yoga Flow with Vanessa
Creatively sequenced classes that combine vinyasa, clear intention and playful challenge supported by Anusara principles of alignment and heart-opening.

Iyengar Yoga Levels 1-2
with Marion

 A gentle class with no vinyasa flows and judicious use of props to allow students to get into better alignment in yoga postures. Iyengar alignments and sequencing are taught.

Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga
All Levels

Practice based on the Ashtanga Primary Series template with variations that cultivate supportive alignment, meditative breath and gradual approaches to more challenging poses.
Vinyasa 1/1-2 (All Levels)

Eclectic flowing practice; includes Sun Salutation introduction and variations, and vinyasa sequences tailored to class level. Breathe & Move!
Power Yoga

Vigorous & flowing practice of challenging poses linked by breath. Inversions, backbends and arm balancing poses introduced with focus on core strength and finding one’s edge.

Classic yoga poses with a therapeutic flair practiced in the context of the study of the 8 Limbs (Ashtanga) of Yoga.

Unique and gentle yogic approach to developing fluid movement, breath and balance.
Gentle/Restorative with Lindagrace A great class for seniors or those wishing a nurturing but focused gentle practice.
Yoga for Healing

A carefully designed combination of gentle Yoga, strengthening exercises, restorative Yoga and breath work focusing on the healing aspects of Yoga. Includes hands on healing and body work.

Gentle Yoga&Meditation

A half hour of gentle yoga and pranayama followed by a half hour of seated meditation. All welcome, including those new to meditation.
